What is your shipping Policy?

SHIPPING IS FREE pendants and carvings within the Continental USA.  
Large Wildlife carvings may be shipped UPS which will require additional time to get to you.

***CANADA AND HAWAII: Shipping charges may apply. Please contact me prior to placing your order. Currently I do not ship to other countries.

***Due to Covid19 and the Holidays please allow additional time for your purchase to arrive.


What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

Customers are my top priority! I want you to be completely happy with your pendant or wildlife carving from TALAS ART. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to contact me.  You must include your order number and a brief description of your concern. I will respond as soon as possible to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 business days of receipt. 

Unless the purchase was damaged in transit, the Buyer is 100% responsible for return shipping costs and for packaging the item in the original packing materials. As soon as I receive your return I will initiate a refund.
